Clearance Guidelines

The information and time required for a flight clearance is country dependent, and even varies from month to month!

Minimum information required for a clearance:
• Aircraft type, registration, callsign, max. take-off weight (M.T.O.W.) and colour
• Crew names and nationality
• Number of passengers
• Full itinerary for flight
• The reason for the flight
• Operator contact and invoicing details

Each country has its own information requirements that are additional to the above; these will be dealt with when the clearance is requested.
